Item 1: Due to a lack of local man power, the MWC YRs / have taken on a project for the 1968 elections. We are now / in the process of compiling Fredericksburg’s first precinct fills, one alphabetical and one by street address. / This will be the first time a card file has een / available for precinct canvassing in this area. We / are also working on making precinct maps available / and if time permits will also make card files for / the Spotsylvania County Committee.
Item 2: Looking towards the rest of the semester we are / planning another “big name” speaker and another mixer. / We have challenged the U.Va YRs to a touch football / game and plan to continue our work in precincts, / for community service projects.
