Item 1: GEORGE WALLACE : Your sheets are ready.

Item 1: The executive board meeting was called to order immediately after the general club meeting on November 19. / Bill Scott and Dr. Emory expressed their appreciation for YR campaign work. / Sylvia Schwab stated that the YR’s cannot get paper for publicity from ICA so a dollar was used for publicity. / Tina Convery suggested that the Cavalier Daily send articles for the Bullet. This was voted on and passed. / Margaret Lawerence introduced a constitutional amendment that the Community Service Committee become a standing committee with a vote on the executive board. It will be discussed at a later date. / Marti Blair suggested a change in the Vice-presidential status. She complained that there are not enough officially delegated to the office. Margaret Lawerence stated that the Vice-Pres. Has unofficial charge of the conventions. / Evalyn Dezerne suggested that the Bullet and Newsletter representatives be on the executive board. / The chairman ended the meeting with a suggestion of an “Ugly Man” contest for funds for Community Service. In other words each student would vote for a contestant in money. The winner could be a typical Mary Washington personality! / The meeting was adjourned. / Respectfully submitted, Recording Secretary
